After experiencing him as a lethal Robot, the fans of the megastar Rajinikanth will now witness him in a complete fresh look. The 61-year-old actor will don eight-pack abs in his forthcoming South movie Kochadaiyaan, which would be directed by his younger daughter Soundarya  Rajinikanth. Earlier it was surprising to see how Rajinikanth roared at the box-office with his  science-fiction action movie Endhiran aka Robot in 2010, and now it’s again astounding after spotting Rajini sir as slim earlier and presently in a brawny avatar posing like a fuming Lord Shiva in the first look poster of Kochadaiyaan. Well after gazing at the first look poster, one would definitely derive an idea regarding what to expect from this movie, which is going to be India’s first performance capture photo-realistic movie. This technology was initially used in the James Cameron-directed 3D marvel ‘Avatar’. However in Kochadaiyaan, Rajinikanth will enact the character of an 8th century famous Pandya King, Kochadaiyaan Ranadhiran, who was famous for his great courage. On the other hand, a lot of Rajini’s fans may perhaps be questioning about his much-publicized movie Rana, which was announced in 2010 with Deepika Padukone as a female protagonist. In spite of a number of unsuccessful shots to start again ‘Rana’ in 2010, Rajini made his cameo appearance in SRK’s sci-fi movie Ra.One along with Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor. As the year 2010 was not that pleasant for the megastar in terms of his physical condition, the makers decided that Rana will be put on hold to make a road for a fresh project titled as ‘Kochadaiyaan’ in the company of an altogether different star cast. Apart from the superstar Rajni sir, ‘Kochadaiyaan’ features Sneha, Sarath Kumar, Shobhana, Aadhi, and others in their respective roles. Actor Jackie Shroff will be seen in a cameo appearance. Reportedly, Katrina Kaif will enact role of the the female protagonist in the movie and will be working opposite Rajinikanth. Music maestro A R Rahman will provide music to Kochadaiyaan, while Cinematography will be done by Rajiv Menon.
