The Darkest Hour Trailer starring Emile Hirsch and Olivia Thirlby

When last year the bad science fiction movie named Skyline released I felt it was one of the blunders that could happen and I was wrong. Such blunders can and will just happen every time a filmmaker wants to make an alien movie whose concept looks and sounds similar to the other alien movies that have been seen by the world. But the trailer of The Darkest Hour may look a lot like Skyline in some ways and also the first thing that they speak of in the trailer is that aren’t we tied of watching alien movies and we are not that kind of bored but we are scared of watching bad alien movies. But still it does look good too, the trailer has its elements and the story concept is different too, so I guess the movie would be a good alien movie. As Skyline has set the standards for worst alien movies. The Darkest Hour obviously will be much better that the movie. The plot may sound to many of us as kind of the same old alien plot but the visuals are pretty neat from the movie and the aliens here in this movie are invisible and human eye cannot see them until and unless they are identified with the help of electricity and they kill the humans and the animals in a very different way. The movie has some of the well known indie actors and The Darkest Hour can be of the movie of the Atttack at the Block types. Well can’t really judge from the very first trailer. Let’s just wait for some more trailers. Till then watch this trailer and also read the plot outline for the movie. The movie has been produced by Timur Bekmambetov, the prouder of the very talked about action-flick Wanted starring Angelina Jolie. And the movie has been directed by Chris Gorak. The movie comes to the theaters on December 23.

The story of The Darkest hour revolves around these five young kids who find themselves in a very messy alien invasion attack in the city of Moscow and they would have to fight out to be alive. The movie has been shot in 3D and will look to scare you and dazzle you with its special effects.
