Priyanka Chopra and Olympic medalist Mary Kom recently sat on the narration for Bhansali's forthcoming movie, which would be based on the Olympic medalist itself and would be portrayed by the actress.
After getting inspired by knowing her achievements and struggle, filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali announced to make a biopic, based on the life of Olympic medalist Mary Kom. The film would be directed by Omung Kumar Bhandula.
After roping in Priyanka Chopra to essay the coveted role of Mary Kom, the actress just recently met with Mary Kom and sat on the narration of the script.
Speaking about the challenge that the character needs, Priyanka says that for her the most exciting thing is to physically look like Mary, where she should be as fit as the champion, get perfect hand movements, and also to become familiarized with similar kind of body language. She further adds that though she is quite truly excited to begin with the training session, but at the same time she is even scared because the tough schedule of Mary suggests her to exercise three hours daily, including waking up at 4 in the morning.
Well looks like this is surely going to be a very tough and life-changing role to enact, for the supremely talented actress Priyanka Chopra!
