Ranbir Kapoor is already in Bollywood A-listers, and with this demand of profit sharing he is now the much-popular star to join in the league of Khan-s - Aamir, Shahrukh and Salman.
Apparently, the Kapoor lad had claimed a whopping amount of 70 percent profit sharing in almost all of his forthcoming movies. Buzz is that the actor's father Rishi Kapoor is playing an instrumental in getting his son instructed into this privileged club. His hottest condition perhaps is: "If you want to cast my son in your film, you have to make sure you give him 70 per cent of the film's profit share."
It's also been heard that the deal of Ranbir Kapoor's upcoming movie Besharam was actually made on this particular condition which is why, at first, producers Viacom 18 withdrew stepped out from the film as they weren't ready to share their profits.
However the second reason was also that allegedly director Abhinav Kashyap too wanted the profit sharing benefits not only for himself and Ranbir Kapoor, but also for his entire crew. Thus eventually the production house was forced to turn down the film as they felt this was more in keeping with the Hollywood style of working. Nevertheless, later everything fell into place and Viacom 18 gladly agreed to produce the movie Besharam.
Well with just more or less 10 films in his career, Ranbir Kapoor had certainly made his way much above from Bollywood A-listers.
