Touted as India's First-ever 3D dance film, the first look promo impresses quite well, featuring ace choreographer Prabhudeva in lead role and Kay Kay Menon in his baddie character. The story revolves around Prabhudeva who is been sacked out from Kay Kay Menon's company, and then decides to comeback with a bang through a high-octane dance competition, in the company of his roadside stupendous dancers. The promo does recollect you the Hollywood blockbuster movie 'Step Up' series, but what impresses here is the unbelievable and mind-boggling 'Dance' and nothing else. One would not believe that India would bring such kind of thunderbolt dance movie and that too in 3D.
Produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, the movie is made under the banner of UTV Motion Pictures. Music is been composed by Sachin-Jigar. 'Any Body Can Dance' is presently slated to release in theatres on during February 2013.
