Percept Pictures presents horrifying movie ‘Question Mark’, in association with Triple Take Motion Pictures and Yen Movies. Percept Picture Company had earlier produced many hit movies like Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Jail’, Nagesh Kukunoor’s ‘8x10 Tasveer’, Malamaal Weekly, Dor, Hanuman, Makdee, and many others.
This is the first time not just in Indian Cinema but in the entire world that a movie is being released devoid of any title. In its place, to narrate this unnoticed and unheard tale, it has been used just as a symbol, “?”, which denotes as ‘Question Mark’.
This film looks into the found footage genre where the lines between reel and real become complicated to decide.
On 10th of November 2010, a team of seven BMM (Bachelor of Mass Media) students visited a place to film their final year project movie. A couple of days later, their families received a message in their mobile quoting that they are in serious danger and required help immediately and as soon as possible.
However when the police forces arrived at the spot, they just discovered a hand-held camera. What took place with them was captured in that camera. The movie is a collection of the "Footage" in that camera.
‘?’ releases nationwide on February 17, 2012.
